We are really disappointed with the Customer Service we've received from Virgin in regard to complaints from our recent holiday to Orlando. Really disappointed with Virgin Customer Service. Pleased with outcome, hugely disappointed with Virgin holidays, incredibly more expensive than most, reluctant to price match, supposed service beyond the call of duty, for me service out of reach once booked. On being told I had won my case on leaving the court, we held open the door in order for her to leave she stood and simply ignored, so surprised at the what the once flag ship brand has become. They had a legal representative, assume Barrister who was as the current Virgin Brand, very rude, exceptionally so, the judge asked her prior to the case being heard which lasted for 4 hours to pass the jug of water across to our table, she ignored and did not do as requested. Virgin had been ordered to pay the money with 14 days, they failed the order despite contact but did finally pay some days later.

I was awarded £2800.00 in compensation, air miles and full costs inclusive of travel and parking was offered too via the Judge. Protest I did, and took them to the small claims court which cost me in total just under 500.00. I had mediated over the year with Virgin via many stands, Customer Relations, and finally their sitting duck Managing Directors Office all to the avail of they accepted they were at fault and offered me a £500.00 Holiday voucher to use on another holiday with Virgin. I have just successfully taken Virgin Holidays to the Small Claims court and won my case. No longer the leading brand that Richard Branson so heralded to and proudly promoted.
